  1. Best City Skyline

I would have to say Dubai simply for the beauty of the skyscraper architecture. Other than that, Hong Kong and New York are also very scrumptious skylines.
  2. Screenshots (Pre-Release)

This game is the reason I'm getting a quad-core CPU with watercooling, 4gbs of RAM, and a new hard drive... I just am tired of not being able to get a good view of my city in SC4.

  7. UPDATEDHello! This is my first post on the forum, put i have been a member of Simtropolis for about 4-5 months. I have taken alot of inspiration from the CJs i have read, and have decided to write my own. Here I go... The Pacific Republic was established on a large tropical island in the western-Pacific ocean by a group of Californian explorers in the year 1854. Meeting up with a native Japanese tribe separated from the rest of Japan, the two cultures combined to form one of the most diverse nations in the world: the Pacific Republic. In 1907, gold was discovered and platinum were discovered in the foothills of Kasai Doki, the volcano located on the main island. This caused a boom to an already popular tourist destination, creating wonderful growth in the capital of Taikai City. However, World War II ravaged the city. The hostile Japanese retake of the island completely destroyed the city, leaving only a few famous art-Deco landmarks from its boom years in the 20's. After WWII, the residents of Taikai City had rebuilt the city from the ground up, reviving the tourism industry. In 2004, the newly -elected mayor of Taikai City, Ukitake Kenji, stated his desire to "mold Taikai City into the Dubai of the Pacific". With this new goal in mind, Taikai City is quickly becoming a new tourist hub on the map! ( I would post screenshots, but my original region savefile has been corrupted. So basically, I am starting from scratch. thanks for reading so far, I will post updates in the next couple of days...)
