Long time listener, first time caller First of all, Great design and development. Noticed that Silver City is 35 yrs old and yet your city is made of 1/2 COM 1/2 RES. Did you create industry early on in this city and swap it out w/ COM/RES or did the city go staight to commercial development? I can't imagine you had that much commerce desirability with 700,000 people since it takes awhile to get the education level above 160. Could you help? Your region has been a major influence on how I design/stategize my regions. U-turn
