In any case you have not put forward any argument in your post against my argument of not being in favour of this tool. I suggest you re-read what I wrote and then take offense to my arguments. I have explained why I don't like this kind of tools and I have also explained that I do know about internet privacy issues. As a social worker I have had many encounters with victims of all kinds of criminal behaviour and my opinion about geovisitors is based on that experience and not my own feeling of privacy. I have put forward arguments to not have this tool on the site and yet I have not read any real argument explaining the real use for this tool being on the site. 'Its cool!' is not an argument, its a personal statement. When I read that the tool is not accurate at all and that it places visitors in the middle of the ocean ... what is the use of the tool I ask? Another argument against this tool is therefor that it is a crap tool and it serves no purpose at all being on ST. When a number of administrators and moderators decide that the tool is harmless ... thats also not an argument against the tool, but the personal opinion of that person. If anybody wants to convince me why this tool should be part of ST, feel free to use any argument to do so. for god sake ! get this thing back, i was SO happy with this, why the heck this is a privacy issue, this is so ***, i was so glad it was here and now its removed, i think we should have a debate about this dirk , a vote thing like !!! please keep geo on this site dirk ! its so cool or hold a debate to vote for once democracy bring it back !!!
