When i try and search for a number it says "file Access denied", is it because i have it on steam? or is there another reason? help please! EDIT: nevermind, i just ran the program as administrator

I dont even want to or plan to play online. i just want to make a city that looks good!

remove the files from your Cities Xl folder if your game crashes. any city you used this on will still have infinite money. Offtopic: this is my second post on this forum since i joined 2 years ago.
