Booger

Hey,thanks for for reading, I have quite a few mods on my game so I'm not sure which one messed with the settings, but when I reconcile edges to terraform a city, it reconciles so close to the edge that it's a real pain in the rear to terraform anything even close to even with the neighboring cities. I noticed this after I installed NAM, but it could have been from another mod, not sure. Is there a way to revert or restore the rec. edge settings/file back to it's default/original state without completeley uninstalling and then reinstalling the game?
