  1. Ok I downloaded the Radical ordinance and the SimoleonModd.
  2. Hello,I just signed up and I have a question. How do you get the plugins to work? I dropped them into the folder,and nothing happens lol.Are the pluging just for Simcity4? because I have deluxe edition. Thanks.
