Where to find FAQs using rush hour/deluxe extentions

Hello everyone, I have been searching quite a lot (and this Site is great!), but somehow can´t find it... thys451´s FAQ is terrific, but it seems to be pre rush hour. No avenues, Large Elementary schools or Mono rail. So, how do I make use of these things to create Superstructures for rush hour/deluxe?
