Will we be able to Import our own Buildings we make like maybe Lowe's or McDonald's or Jeen's Apartments or John's Gas Mart without having to replace another already existing? Naming our Streets,Roads,Cities,Buildings and so on? Let people know what's off the Exits interms of Cities,Places to Eat/Sleep/so on,how far to the next city or town? Have Empty Shopping Centers that need to be filled and Land for Sale?

I would like to see one with Stop Lights,one with Commercial like Places to Eat,Retail,one with Off and On Ramps if possible.
