hey, i have installed sim city 4 and sim city 4 rush hour on my windows 2000 computer but everytime i play it, the curser is a circle and it only allows you to click on something (eg. roads) and it wont let you actually lay them on the ground. Also, every time i try to lay it, the game crashes and closes. If you know something that could fix this, PLEASE reply coz i wanna start playing!!!! Thanks.
