I have checked that, the available power is almost twice the amount or power being used. That does not seem to be a problem. I have surplus power available, all the areas are connected and this still does happen. In the meantime, as you suggested I built a new power plant, but the result is the same..

Hi, I have been having some problems in my suburbun area with rolling blackouts. The no power sign keeps shifting from area to area, although the entire region is well connected by power cables to the power plant. I checked and checked again to make sure that i have all my zones are connected and I am pretty confident they are, but the shifting blackouts keep on happening. Any idea or suggestion as to why??
