  1. What you HATE about SC4...

Oh yeah, another couple things. You get the dreaded "no road access" zot if a residential building is built on a one-way road or an avenue. A highway I could understand, but I see houses built on one-way roads all the time here, and on four-lane roads. You see that a certain zone wants to expand, but not into the zoning you have. Apparently they want you to demolish other zoning just to expand into that. Nearly half of the city needs to be industry for there to be enough industry. In cities like Gary, Indiana, Flint, Michigan, Altoona, Pennsylvania, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Buffalo, New York, and other rust belt cities it would make sense, but not everyone wants to build all rust belt cities.
  2. I'm trying to check my post tracker to see if someone has replied, but it seems there's no way to actually go through my posting history. Is the only way to find out which threads you posted in have had your posts replied to other than remembering which threads you posted in and manually hunting them down along with your own post? Or is there somthing here I don't know about? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
  3. Hows the weather where you live?

It's been mostly hot, but sometimes it cools off a bit.
  4. What you HATE about SC4...

Mostly I love the game but there are a few things I hate (obviously, since I'm replying to this thread). 1. The health and education advisor. You can max out funding for everything, place too many hospitals and schools for the city's own good, and she'll still be ranting at you that one of them (usually a small medical clinic) is going to strike, and they usually do. My solution? I don't build small medical clinics anymore! 2. The transportation advisor. Yes, I know the roads are clogged, but traffic is a reality in any city. Even my real life hometown of Altoona, Pennsylvania, has traffic problems in the downtown, and it's a city of only 50,000 people in the city proper. 3. Auto-roads. I don't want a bunch of useless roads cropping up when I'm trying to build the city on a nice grid system. 4. News ticker messages stay for a long time after the problem goes away. 5. Not enough awesome disasters. Most of the disasters are fires in warehouses or abandoned buildings. I'd love to unleash a flood on some of my cities, but there's no flood option.
  5. How long have you owned SC4?

    I got mine last Christmas.
