    Hello, This is my first post on Simtropolis so I hope this is the right place to find some help to solve my problem. I have downloaded the Rural Sunken Highway Walls Straight Sections by Bubbybud (https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=16283). It was an .exe file so I used File Juicer to extract the files, and then I put them in "Documents\SimCity4\Plugins. The lot is supposed to be in the Power menu, but it's not and I can't see it anywhere in the game. I have double check the dependancies, I have them all. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong... Could someone help me with this ? Thanks
