  1. I recently installed the Rush Hour Expansion. I had a graphics rules.sgr problem but that has been taken care of. Now every time i try to place a Rush Hour Expansion thing (One Way St, EL tracks, ect.) nothing happens when i try to place it. Sometimes when i click for EL track it gives me subway track or when i click ground highway i get elevated, or nothing happens. Is there a patch i can install or an easy fix. HELP

    Thanx guys. My Sim City 4 is Taiwan i think, and my Rush Hour is US. Ill probobly just get Deluxe Soon.
