    This thing is wonderful! It turned my poluted industrial center into a money making high tech wonderland. My once borderline city is now making cash hand over foot with all the added revenue from sims moving in where it was too poluted before and all the high tech taxes! thankyou. You get an elevan!

    Very nice! I wonder if the capacity is a little high though? You would need a thosand rooms each with 35 kids!
