    This exact thing is happening to me as well. It only started after I downloaded Smoncrie's hole digging modd, the 0 height bridge modd and a set of sunken highway sides. I have deleted all of these and it still does not work. Help!

    I am sure this has been asked and answered numerous times, but the search engine does not turn up anything. When I download a file off of STEX, which directory should I unzip it into? Thank you in advance for you assistance and for tolerating such a newbish question.
