Residential / Commercial / Industrial In building a city, how much do you/should you use for each? Example: 50% Residential, 15% Commercial, 35% Industrial I personally usueally use the above example but started this topic to see what other people use, and if it comes up with better results. Happy Sim-ing!

I built up a city with a lot of roads avenues and highways, the transportation bar is completely green with surplus too, but after about 8K of people moved in it suddenly dropped down to 1K and is now slowly declining, I checked what was going on and all of the residences have the "no road connection" symbol above them, I'm very confused about it because even if there is road in front, side to side, and back, it still claims it has no road connection, please leave feedback. Thanks.

I'm somewhat new to Simcity 4 as well as SimTropolis, My best city is a medium sized one that has a 108K population, I would love to hear how the "pros" of SimCity build their citys to where they have towering skyscrapers and huge High-rises, much like the pictures I see in these forums.

I build citys, and they always end up being really good, land values are high as they can be, mayor rating is surplus, everything is waterd and powerd, they all have jobs, they have a good commute, barely any pollution, good recreation, etc, BUT I never get big skyscraper apartments, the best I ever get are just plain apartments that only hold like 35 people, and i want my city to have a lot more people in it, so please give some advice on how to get the huge buildings (and commercial too) Thanks
