  1. High Tech industrial abandonment

I sometimes have this problem and planting trees or even building parks, if possible, helps. Check the desireability for High Tech. Otherwise, sorry I couldn't help.
  2. Shop til you drop - A tutorial by Rochefort

I've tried to find "Smoncrie's Hole Digger Lots" , but have had no luck. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks, hope I didn't mess up the thread.
  3. Return to Paradise Falls created by jacqulina

Kinda late, but that is really nice and waterfalls! Would just like to know one thing, how did you place the redwoods (if that's what they are)? Good grief that must have taken you forever.
  4. Don't know if you guys 'n gals know this, but there is a program called "Simcity 4 Region and Config Creator" and it works great fairly easy (easier than PSP anyway) [my opinion ]. Download it here: http://members.shaw.ca/scracc/ Instructions here: http://members.shaw.ca/scracc/scracc-new.html
  5. Thanks a lot! I read that too, just didn't soak in. I always wanted to to see what I could do with an all large region.
  6. I've been reading this thread and was wondering if you can create a region with all large city tiles?
  7. Building large Skyscraping communities!

I start by zoning cities on it's borders in Industrial. Ex.: Using a large map, zone two medium cities in Industrial then zone that side of the large city in Hi Density Residential. (with roads connecting them of course). Run the res. until population tapers off. then run the two industrial until they are satisfied, then go back to the res. Just keep doing this until you have large apartments then start zoning Commercial. I keep going back & forth until the industrial is fairly saturated, then start on another side. I've built cities over 1Mil this way (Flat Map).
