Ive given up. I cannot get this file from the internet...ANYWHERE. I cannot register on the site because the simcity4 registration code doesnt work. I cannot send a help request to EA via email or any other means because their service for the game is cut. This file isnt anywhere on the internet. No one I talked to so far is willing to give me the file in any way. I really want it, because this update fixes some of the BATs, allowing the lights and some animations to work, and so far, for everything I have downloaded, none of them work, which is sad for me, because the night skyline looks very dark now. I need the file called SC4update4BAT.exe. to do this. I have no idea why its not here somewhere on simtropolis, but I want it realy badly. By the way, I have confirmed that sharing this file as well as others from the official site is NOT pirating as long as you do not make a profit, they made it that way because they cannot effectively manage the site anymore and because of problems like these that are very common. Zelagis can testify for me, I PM'd him. If ANYONE has this file (approx 14 MB) and is willing to send it via AIM (my screenname is {deleted for securuty reasons}, will usually autoaccept files if im not there) or can upload it to a filesharing site (that is accessable), that would be...amazing. Ive had no luck so far, but to the extent Ive gone to get this thing, its sad Ive got nothing to show for it. Can anyone help? So far as i am aware, that material is copyright by EA. If this is not so, someone could PM him to get his endpoint. Meanwhile, I am locking this and consulting Admin. N_O_Body.

Hmm...is there any way to get it then or have it uploaded. Maybe I will PM him. Any other ways to get that BAt update???

I just realized I quoted myself. Gotta change that.... Where can that site be found please, I really want to get the nightlights working and stuff.

I cant get the patch, because it wont let me register. Even after following all the advice here, and trying to contact the site admins of SC4...which I quickly learned was an impossible feat...I cannot join in. its sad, because none of my downloads have nightlights now, and I cant get some of the lots from their site.

I tried the register thing from the computer files mentioned from the first page of this thread, and then went to register the game on the site, but it still does not work for some reason.
