Hi! new player here who wonders what the essential mods are...i am interested in terrain mods and tropical terrains mostly, but also buildings, name anything. So what are the best mods that will make my sim city 4 experience more enjoyable? Cheers. EDIT: What i want building and road wise is things that make my city look more realistic, i know nothing about sim city 4 mods!
