I noted that my sims prefer to work in the neighbors cites although there are no jobs , I even destroyed the schools, police stations and fire stations even the hospitals there . But still the number of cars, which go out of my city, is more than the numbers of cars, which enter to my city. >> How I can stop this behavior?

All I did that I moved my city from one region to another one and deleted couples of cities. That's all.

Checked, no changes in the settings, the problem is only one city has the Dilemma but others cities are fine.

I already did that. I created jobs more than the number of people .

After I built the (RT_SeaplaneBase) airport, I could not open my city again , I tried to build the same Sea plane Base in another city, it did happened again . Why is that?

Thank you very much, I solved my problem, I just toke the "RT_SeaplaneBase " and "Swampers77's Airport support file " put them together in one folder, halaloya ( .)

I use to have a round about in my city but now unfortunately I can't build it anymore, the pointers do not turn to green color as use to and my population drops, these all happened after I downloaded some mods.

Why doesn't Sims stop at the Intersection?

Please note that the highway for example has 3 lines for each direction, what bother me is that sims use only one or sometime two lines and the third left empty. For avenue is the same issue, they only take one line.

Yes, I meant avenues, Sims always takes the lift side and don't over take like normal life, even on highways.
