I think 1-way roads of a lot of potential after seeing them being used in so many real-life cities and SC4 screenshots. However i was wondering how to use them without actually bombing traffic and commute.

I have citywide EQ levels of about 135 and my mayor rating is maxed out. The cities population is 400k and I still havent gotten a university. I get it in my other cities why not this one? Any ideas?

Ive got plenty of demand for hi-tech the problems not there. The thing is, I thought hi-tech was clean but it still generates a good amount of pollution. Is it supposed to be like that or is there a factor causing it?

I havent been able to get any demand for r$$ and r$$$ lately. My population is 266571 sims and the health, education, and safety bars are all maxed out. Land value is 50/50 but the enviroment bar is less then 50% green. Water is everywhere with no lack and taxes are all set at 7%. Mass transit and recreational areas are not to good though. If there are any details i left out notify me. Sorry no pics! Dunno how to take them!

I want to know how to attract MIDDLE class sims, not the rich sims that drive me crazy trying to please. Also, how should I dispatch low-class demand? I noticed lowering their taxes tended to lower other residential demands as well, not sure if I was imagining though...

What exactly IS the NAM? What is it, what does it do, and how do I use it?
