I am able to download thins of the ST exchange, but not able to download things such as NAM

like i said, internet explorer 7 & firefox, i have used both.

Hello, i am rather new to simtropolis, so far i havn't downloaded much. Thats mainly because on several things, such as the NAM, when i click the download button, nothing happens, i have tried several things [in bothe I.E 7 and firefox] but so far nothing has worked. I presume i am one of few to have this "bug", i will apriciate any help.
