Are mine skyscrapers? Thought there were taller, at your signature there bigger right?

I see images from others and I see very huge buildings but I don't know if the've been downloaded or something (don't think so). Can somebody give me some tips to get skyscrapers in my city. The picture shows my CBD. I have 200K population and 80k commercial jobs, 11k industrial jobs. Profit of 2000. With the money it goes good, almost no pollution, only by cars. I have 2 nuclear reactors and a garbage burning system (doesn't know the name ) on 0% so it burns the garbage but gives no energy.

You all know that when you zone areas, there are different sizes of houses. Sometimes you get 2x2 3x3 etc. But who can tell me how you can decide that by yourself? My city's are great but I still don't know that, I have been searching on google for hours.
