I'm fairly new, and im not sure how this works.... I downloaded the network addon thing, and installed it It didnt specify where to install it too, so i just put it in a seperate folder that was different from where i had Simcity4 installed (deluxe) And i dont see any of the improvements, Do i need to install it to the same place i installed simcity 4???? and if so what folder thanks
