    Allthough its small, (a tiny bit off the subject), If it were to be the capital with the most "Best" view from the sea, I would pick Cardiff, as the sea front on Cardiff (doctor-Who Fan's would have seen it {and torchwood} is really attractive, and Modern. Back to the subject I would pick "Good Old LONDON!"
