Nice suburb and keep up the good work.quote>I don't think that may be the problem, because there is the industrial city right next to the suburb. I am region playing. the citizens have no more demand for IM and only a little bit of IHT but even zoning IHT doesn't seem to be of any help. or maybe I need to zone more IHT, hmmm thanks!
  3. alright lets see, ok so everything is running all good in the city, I am passed the pop corn effect, and just concentrating on developing R$$, but then all of the sudden the need for IM drops, and the R$$ sims begin to abandon. this always happens, HTI does begin to develop a little. I can't make out what causes this. I tried to place building that help demand caps, such as recreational areas but nothing seems to help. I am at 12-15 000 pop. It says it is commute time. I check but I am not sure if 40 is a lot? even if it is buses do nothing to help. here is what I mean 1 2
