I have insane amounts of traffic on my avenues. I want to upgrade them to highways but how do I do that and make sure that the city ins't affected in a bad manner. The avenue is going right through the heart of my city. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I have one Large Hospital and it has around 1500 patients. It can handle the entire city so far.

I have Elementary schools and High Schools all throughout my residential areas, but my Sims aren't learning. What am I doing wrong?

I've also been having this same problem. I just started playing again after a long period of not playing it and I can't go 5 minutes without the game crashing and my computer rebooting.
