    I have the Singapore version of Sim City 4 (I got it imported... was cheap). I had to create a "UKEnglsh" folder and copy the DAT file from "English" into it. I changed the reg to 13 instead of 1, esentially the opposite to everything you did and now my sims drive on the left, thanks. Btw, my Language says "English US", but it doesn't seem to make a difference to anything. By the way, 6, 7 and 9 are probably Korean, Chinese and Thai, I have those languages on my version. I also have Polish and Finnish, but I dunno what they come under.
