Franklin County - 12th Anniversary Update, All-Nighttime Shots of New Riverside Downtown

Wow. North Franklin is looking very good! I'm with DTP... an avenue would be practical there, or perhaps a short rail line from the residences to that business district in the picture. -
I think that the inclusion of floods would make me the happiest. That has to be my favorite disaster from Sim City 2000. You just never knew how big or small an area was going to get wiped out!

Wow. Those are some wonderful interchanges I especially like the cloverstack with left exits. That seems like it would be best for maximum traffic flow. I also think the signs are a nice touch. Very creative.

I like your updates. I think that the Greater Terran Region is amazing... I need to take city building lessons from you. Every city i try to build turns out getting Obliterated or I just get sick of things and reinstall the game.. . Give me tips!!!

Very nice. I think the downtown area and Beacon Hill are constructed beautifully. I do think, though, (and of course this is just my personal opinion!) that an immigrant neighborhood might be better off further away from the downtown. One question - where did you find those nifty looking construction lots? WELCOME TO PAGE TWO!

Wow, that's quite the upgrade! Looks great. -
I love your use of the NAM curves in the first couple pictures. They make the area look great. How do you get the multi-RHW?

The water front along the river looks like a good place for the office workers to get out a little and walk on their lunch break! Have developers ever thought of coming into Franklin County and making a scenic overlook on the top of that hairpin curve? -

I have been lurking for a while watching the development of Franklin County. I feel the need to comment now. I am very impressed with your patience with the game. Your interchanges are extremely well thought out and look awesome! I also like how you plan out your cities. Maybe I can just appreciate this so much because I get frustrated with going slow or doing things that take a long time (read: building custom interchanges or having any sort of planning in my city) very good CJ.
