sc4updateBAT? I havent found file like that . This could be the problem. Isnt it inside the update pack?

i have the same problem. You can try to go to official sc4 site and in help section download update. That could help you,but didnt help me. Now it shows plugin 12 isnt on my PC

oh,the update? Is that the right one? EDIT: I updated manually and automaticly but still no lights It says i dont have plugin pack 12 on my machine. I think thats the problem. But where to get that kind of plugin?

Hello. I must say there are much great custom buildings here. But, for example Portsmouth Tower. I downloaded it,its good. But why is it black at night with no lights? It says there are 1700 workers from 1800,so why is it black. I builded it same as with landmarks just put where i wanted. And what is Ploppable? All downloaded buildings are like in day, but original are with lights. I hope you can help me.

Perhaps i might sound sily, but when i make a new region i have all with land and nothing. Just plains. I edit coast line and other stuff just for my one city,but is there any way to edit whole region at same time? So i can make seas,hills etc for all region? You have great regions

for me this looks awesome I am wondering what mods or updates you use? My buildings looks a bit different,but at least i am starting to get comercial sky scrapers

Hello to everyone. I have a problem. I am making city. Now it has 700 000 ppl there. There is one more city in region - its industrial city. But my problem is with huge unemployement and many buildings which looks terrible. One more thing. Can i get bigger sky scrapers than in my picture? I cant get comercial skyscrapers,but can i get bigger residental sky scrapers? I use sim city 4 deluxe with no patches or mods. I attached picture. There is just a part of city,but most looks like that Thanks

I have a city with 700.000 ppl,but i cant get any big skyscrappers. The biggest is Ryan appartaments and Bert insurance. Or perhaps problem is because i have 2 cities in region? I have 1 industrial and 1 with 700.000 ppl and 150.000 comercial..... I dont know where is prob.... Any help would be great. Sorry if i have mesed up something.
