Hi, in my city live about 110.000 Sims. My ht--industry offers 10.000 Jobs, but now it cannot grow any more, because the cap is reached and I don't know, how to raise it. I have built all possible gifts like the research center, connections to other cities and a freight train station ... The same problem I have with my commercial. The demand for all type of commercials is between 3000 and 6000 and above, but the cap is reached .... of course I have build averything I could find to boost the cap, but without success ... So what shall I do? btw I have one neightbourhood city with about 120k Sims ...
