I like the way the Zones are divided, even if I'm not keen on how the density is decided.

I've been using the SC4 tool, but I think I'm having some issues: I downloaded a number of files, and when I try to plop some buildings, I get a wrapped package. I looked up the problem, and you guys say that it's because I'm missing some depenencies. What depenencies? They weren't listed when I downloaded the file. Even when using the SC4 tool, I know which files are missing, but it's gibberish and I don't know what prop/texutre packs to download. Also, how would I increase/decrease the frequency of some of the lots I downloaded? I have a billion Hyundai/Daihatsu/Toyota Dealerships, but I can't get other growable lots to even work. (Besides residential) I'm sick of seeing the Hyundai and I want something else. Finally, have you guys considered writing a basics/FAQ stickied thread for newbs like me? For some reason, our forum censor doesn't like the word n'oob. Changed to newb. Cockatoo.

Thanks. Also, what about my second question? I'm tired of seeing the Hyundai Dealerships. What can I do to make it not grow so many......or at least let other places come forward?
