I too have the same issue, but I read elsewhere that C:S operates normally in borderless windowed mode, so ShadowPlay won't pick it up properly. Probably the case with OBS too. Though with OBS, you can define it to record the entire screen (as in desktop), so that should work? And, OcramSeattle: ShadowPlay is an on-board game recording feature which comes with the latest nvidia cards. Massively effective compared to Fraps or Xfire, for instance.
