WELCOME TO KELHAM RIVER Kelham River is a small city nestled at the end of the St.Lawerence River, at Lake Ontario. The population right now is only 12 000 but it serves other near by towns (next updates). The main industries are farming and logging. Tourism is also a factor. More info is to come but first I must tell you that I use the weaknesspays cheat and I use pegasus' crystal lagoon water mod (even though city is not on a lagoon). Here are some pics.
