Update 8 - Mini & Maps I apologize for not having made an update in over two weeks. There has been some personal issues to blame (relationship & over working). Yet I am back! I won't be able to do a large picture update today, yet I'm in the works for a complete over view of Sonatava. I want to move onto some of the suberbs and smaller towns and then eventually to the elusive capital Tuva. Thank you all for hanging in there. Simfan34 - Haha well I'm planning on having some spats between the much loved Prime Minister and the idiotic and hated Parliament. Thanks for the comment! Amerikaner - Haha yes the tower is from Dallas. I wanted a tall random tower that stood out from Downtown. It was either this one or the larger tower from Auckland. Thanks for the comment friend! John94538 - Haha actually the name Kreveshka is a play of words in Bulgarian. Its an adaption of Krevos'ni (Forlonged) and the lower sound of Sre'bka which means Nation. Haha, wow...I'm such a bulgarian dork. Thank you for the comment! Schulmanator - Ah thank you very much! Update - Here is a full scale map of the country. With all major cities, and smaller suberbs and small towns. Here a transportation map. As you can tell, the country is well linked by Rail, though lacks in the highway department. You can also see that most airports and ports lye outside of the Metropolitan Areas. Also a sneak preview of the capital. Here is the Queen's Isle Castle. Directly across from Downtown Tuva. Thank you all for the comments!

The building has been re-designed a handful of times yet is this districts shinning jem. Orgsovia Park is the largest park in the city. GingerBlokey- I find the term "smoking is disquiesting" a little rude, concidering that this is more of a political matter and personal opinion should have no baring on it. Now I am a smoker (I think you could tell from my defense of smokers) but I am a conciderate smoker. I do not smoke near doorways as to not affect people. When with a non-smoker I step away to the best of my ability as to not offend them. But I smoke, and yes it is bad for ones help and blah blah blah (I've hard it all) I still have the right to chose to smoke. And I doubt smoking will ever made illegal, as most countries are trying to push the legalization of marijuana which has x10 the amount of tar than a cigarette. Though I do find it odd about Europe as they are very lax on things. When in Bulgaria I could go to any store (I was 16, but they never asked) and could purchase any sort of age limit substance I wanted. This too applied to Germany and Belgium. I suppose it is just the nations ideals on smoking. For example in America the West Coast has smoking bans which are largely praised, yet their culture contours to this sudo-health-free thinking ideals. Yet on the East Coast, most states don't have any sort of smoking bans (Ie: North Carolina has no laws pertaining to smoking, besides for age). Also Japan is concidered one of the most smoke-friendly countries on the planet. Only two years ago did they make it illegal to smoke on school premises. Though a majority of the japanese do smoke, and those that don't have little opinion it.

Boggy1: I use JanYpe's response as my rebuttle. "People still have the right to kill themselves however they please. The effects of secondhand smoke are negligent when you are outside, especially when compared to pollutants. Giving smokers their own convenient and avoidable places outside public areas is a much better idea than expecting everyone to conform to an unenforceable ban. Likewise, if a business decided to cater especially to smokers they should be allowed to. Smoking would still disappear from the majority of places but in a much more reasonable way than an outright ban. You can't force people to live a healthy lifestyle if they choose not to, just look at the sales figures for McDonalds. You can offer disincentives such as the taxes and bans in specific place, but you can't force people to be complete puritans."
-
Wow, what a horrid thing. Smokers pay taxes just like anyone else and also have the same rights. Seeing as smoking isn't illegal (and the chances of them ever making it illegal seem slim) I find it really pathetic that countries feel the need to out right ban it in smoke-friendly places such as bars. I love listening to non-smokers complain about second hand smoke when they are at a pub or local bar. Um hi, in a USA Today poll over 69% of those polled say they only smoke then when they drink. And listening to stupid suburban house wives complain about their children being exposed to it when out at night. Um how about you don't take your 7yr old daughter to a bar? I also love how people use the excuse of "health care, smoking cost the health care companies so much" Mmkay just look at America. America's number one problem in terms of health is Obesity, not smoking. Should we place a ban on binge eating? Or all you can eat buffets? Or just flat out tell people "You can't be fat anymore"? Where does the violations of rights go to next? Also drinking is called the "worst drug for your body" why not have such strict rules on drinking? BTW: I know someone is going to say how "second hand smoke is bad, and you can get lung cancer" well in a recent study by the University of Boston. Only 32% of smokers get any lung related illness, and it also stated that second hand smoke has just about the same affects as a muggy day in L.A. on the human lungs.

Update 5 Replies: Amerikaner - Haha well actually when visiting Iceland I went to a beach there. It was actually very beautiful in July. Hahah well the port has been added onto, in this update I'll show it. Godzillaman - Yes well Kreveshka is just starting to re-vamp its economy to suit international needs. The port expansion Phase 1 has begun. Thank you for the comment! cleaner475 - Thank you for the comment! jacqulina - Thank you! I hope to do more in the future. Qaxpla - Thank you, I love screwing with the weather. Um, I believe you can go to STEX exchange and type in "Euro Texture" and it should come up with the Avenue texture. *****atoo-210893 - I got the rail station from a japanese BAT site (check out the Mega Japanese BAT Forum here at Simtropolis). Thank you so much for the comment, it was an honor to have you stop by. pipishere - Hahah yes well Kreveshka is a very gay forward country, and the gay rights issue is followed into any treaties. Thank you so much! Onto the Update! Whats New In Sonatava? The area shown above is the area that will become the North Sector of the Port of Sonatava. The project is costing the city 60.9 Million Leva. Here is the completed port. Though the project was large enough in its own rite the city still plans on building a Western sector to the port making it the second largest in the nation. Here is the Moschovian Statue which shows a man and a woman rushing against the wind. It symbolizes the power of the Kreveshkan worker and the City's Mayor has stated that "This statue will be a symbol for all that cross Sonatava's shores that Sonatava is a power that should not be taken lightly" Here you see the new apartment complex constructed in Downtown Sonatava. This is now the second largest building in Sonatava. Here is the RED Card building which was purchased last month by the Kreveshkan government to govern over the Red Card program which allows Kreveshkan citizens to travel freely to elected nations. All citizens whom wish to recieve a red card must either visit the office or send in an application for one. Onto the New Area of Sonatava to be Reviewed: Yusav Beach, Sonatava, Jktleven, Kreveshka Yusav Beach is the only beach in the entire southern sector and is only open in the warm months (July and August). The area is built on a low lying plateau just below large cliffs that rise into downtown. Though this district is small, it remains the number one tourist area of Sonatava. Here is the main Yusav Beach terminal. This style rail station mimics that of the northern cities. Here is Sam's Records which has been in Yusav Beach for over 25 years and can be found right on the main drag of Yusav Beach. Borders Books is a large chain of book stores from the United States of America. Though this chain is not large in Kreveshka, one can be found in the Yusav Beach area. A picture of the main area of Yusav Beach, full of small stores this area is very unique. Here is the Sonatava Boushliva Dome where the recent Sonatava Riots occured after the Open Debate on the SCJU membership bid. Also this dome houses the large music festival known as FESTIVAL X which attracts over 500,000 people swamping the streets of Sonatava with pedestrians. In The Next Update: -Mchelvich Pond District -Residential Stories -Previews of Other Regions in Kreveshka Thank you all for the comments!

Replies Amerikaner - Thank you, mayhaps MYV will peform there soon? Yeah, I wanted to really place interest on only the buildings I was talking about,. cleaner475 - Thank you for the comment! granto93 - Haha well the southern tip of Kreveshka swings out towards Greenland, so cold weather is to be expected and Kreveshka is not on the same calendar as the rest of the world. I will post some real world images soon as I get time to crop a map into an actual world map. Thank you for the comment! Voulpiotis - Thank you! waldner - Thank you for the comment! Schulmanator - Thank you, it was an honor to have you stop and leave a comment! jacqulina - Thank you so much for the comment. granto93 - Thank you once again! cleaner475 - A lot of the content is a mixture of what I've loved about other CJ's as well as what is happening in the world. scififan68 - Ah thank you so much! Onto Update 4! And onto the regular update. Presenting the Port of Sonatava Here is an over view of the entire central port. The port is fairly new as it not allowed to be rebuilt until the democratic revolution which only happened 70 years ago. This is the southern sector of the port. In the middle is the Port Authority that guides all ships into place. Oil isn't very large in Kreveshka, though there is one large Oil company in Sonatava : The Maschivenia Oil Company. And finally a sneak peek at Yusav Beach which will be in the next update. Though Kreveshka is a very cold country, this one beach in Sonatav is only open during the warm summer months of July and August. All palm trees are fake. Thank you all for the comments!

Amazing! I love the unique harbors, and holy crap all those towers look beautiful

Update 2Replies Amerikaner - Thank you so much! Yes I loved the idea of having this grand palace house in such a bustling downtown. I think it shows how the city was not always this huge tower'd metropolois. You shall find out what P.E.A.C.E means soon enough (Mayhaps update 4 I think?) Actually I am Icelandic and Bulgarian. Haha strange mix. Thank you for the comment! I will be sending you a copy of the red plan today! cleaner475 - Thank you so much! The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz - Yeah, the country is at a little mid-way point about any new foriegn relations plan. As I delve into a little more of the society you'll begin to see that the Kreveshkan people arn't very fond of having the rest of the world at their door step. Thank you for the comment! granto93 - Thank you for the comment! Hahah yes, Kreveshkan weather is not the best. jacqulina - Thank you so much for the comment, it was an honor to have you stop by.. pipishere - Thank you so much for the comment. AceofSpades - Thank you! Simfan34 - Yes, I know I don't want to jump into the future. Actually, I'm kind of doing a little subtual journalism because if you notice the Prime Minister has yet to even say he plans on joining the SCJU. He just simple hints at joining an international organization. And with that the whole country is going crazy. Thank you for the comment! waldner - Thank you for the comment! Onto the Update! Downtown Update 2: -Towers of Downtown -KRE Rail -Historic Sites The Prosilvastia Financial Building was once the largest tower in Sonatava. The tower goes with the style of post civil war boom. Below the tower is the cities largest parking garage that cost 80.7 million Leva to construct as the soil is mostly hard rock. Though many Foriegn companies due not have a base in Kreveshka, Sonatava's large airport and providincial immigration rules allow for foriegn companies to set up shop in the city. Here we find Hyundai and Kia. Queen Tresvnoia Hotel is the largest hotel in the city. Built during the post civil war boom this tower has over 208 suites, and fourteen high end apartment style rooms. Molevnia Hospital - Is the largest hospital in the city at the moment. Built about 40 years ago the hospital building is slightly out of date. Here you can find the leading heart doctors and children psycological specalists. Lady Unives Hotel - A rather new hotel built about 25 years ago. This hotel has over 180 rooms, all suites. The Hungrosovchia Insurance tower is the largest building in Sonatava. Built 5 years ago in the prestiges Wevey Avenue area this tower cost over 102.9 million Leva. Sonatava Main Terminal. Is the majoir vain of the KRE(Kreveshkan) Rail that runs threw the city. Though it isn't large mainly because Sonatava is more structured to have many smaller stations dotting the city. Rail is the number one form of transportation in the entire nation. The East Gresnov Memorial building is a memorial building for the great Tide War (Civil War) which ravaged most of the cities buildings. This building is located directly on the edge of downtown.
