  1. avenue over highway

I have a similar question, so I'll ask it here to avoid opening a new thread: I have a highway going in a certain direction, and an avenue perpendicular to it. I want to make an interchange. Is there any solution smaller that a full fledged cloverleaf?
  2. I hate switching between cities in the region, so I'd rather have everything in the same city. I started with a lot of ID, and as my citizens got more educated and demand for IM increased, I slowly started raising taxes on ID to get more IM. It's a gradual process but it works well. Eventually I want to phase out most of the ID building. But now I also got some IHT demand. I try to zone medium and high density tiles near my commercial and residential areas, but all I get there is IM which I promptly raze to avoid pollution. After about 10 razes I gave up... Is there an easier way? And another little question\. I wanted to get the Farmer's Market, but it says I need a farm population of 600. So I built 6 large farming zones(about 10*6) each, and all I got is 120 farming jobs. I'll have to cover half of the map to reach to 600.
