    What is the difference between the two plugins folders? There is a plugins folder in My Documents>SimCity 4>Plugins and there is a plugins folder in My Computer>C:/>Program Files>Maxis>SimCity 4 Deluxe>Plugins What kinds of files go into each plugins folder? I'm a newbie at all of this and would like some help. Thank you in advance... -Mooka520
