This whole grid experiment makes the game feel a little like the original sim city where the residental/industry/commercial were all set sizes. I like the look of this. Well done.

True. But to me easc 16 square KM area is like an area of a city where where the whole reigon is the entire city. Well that's how I see it. Or you can just have one tiny city in one reigon. Or you can have each reigon as a town, and many towns.
