    ok so they lied its not exactly the first time a big company like ea have lied (and from such a sexy lady) i see this as a good thing in a way yes the online is needed for the leaderboards and all that rubbish we cant get now but i look at it this way in the future it leads the way to a possible offline patch and/or if the servers are switched off to make the game an offline model (they cant exactly lie again as shes blatently said what the online is required for). tbh i don't really care whether its online or offline all i care about is that they fix the bugs the bsod issues that users on amd chipsets are having (me)

    prob be fixed thankfully north america are experiencing problems first so gives them chance to sort it out before UK launch but im holding out till Monday before i play it (that's if my postie doesn't steal it) so ill know it should be a doddle to get online.

    not released in the uk till fri but i wont play it till Monday when i know things will settle down in terms of server busyness

    i got to admit simcity 4 just doesn't hold it for me anymore the only things i miss is mass transit but used to hate the traffic simulations ect dissapearing cars at traffic lights so this reboot for me is a breath of fresh air i can follow what people are doing and see real time whats happening traffic wise, and who knows more mass transit could come at a later date (not bothered if its dlc because im willing to support maxis) im just looking forwards to when it comes out tho it seems im the only guy who starts the city off really small and over time works his way up don't think ive ever got a truly massive city

    i don't really know how i feel to be honest i suppose im thinking outside the box and while at the moment i think well its not best thing ever i then look at the glass box and then think of the capability's it can hold. also in saying that im loving the whole watching my sims go through their day to day business and watching the garbage men pick up trash and just the general traffic going somewhere instead of just dissapearing mid way.
