I need the file called bldgprop_vol1.dat. I know it's at simcity.com, but for some reason the registration thing has blocked my ISP. Anyone know if there's another place I can get this file? Also, where can I get the really sweet looking water effect and coastal walls in the two pics seen in Gnargenox's post in this thread?
