Imagine I have only one city in a region, and it says 6K residents, 3K jobs. Does it mean there are 3K unemployed residents ? I imagine not all residents are supposed to work (children, elderly people). Is there some model of workforce size versus general population, or is it simplified to "each resident must have a work place" ? Hope this is clearer now. Thanks a lot for all the answers
