    CaptCity was on the right track, a flora plugins seems to be the problem ! I was using a lot of useless (not dependable for any lot) flower and park pluggins, so I erased all of them. It was drastic move but also effective. Thanks for your help ! Bloo.

    My ground texturing and city details are already up to high. All the new lots (downloded) are growing fine with all the details (trees, car entrances, accessories). The problem is with the original sim4 buildings.
  4. I need a solution,>> All details on original lots of the game (houses, schools, parks, etc.) are gone. My graphics settings are fine, but on every lots trees, car entrances, accessories and other details are missing…>> >> >> Thanks for help !
