thats what I'm saying I SHOULD NOT HAVE to go offline in order to play, I should have the option for it to not even connect. that is the whole point.

I got my cd keys and download links in the email yesterday (7th) downloaded just fine - installed fine, was not able to updte till today but had to create a NEW monticristo account. Funniest part is, I canceled my order, got the 39.99$ refund and they still sent me the code - yet people sit here with no code that legitimately want it. I'll play a free game, but I'm just saying, that tells me that their billing system is pretty severely mismanaged.

Thanks for editing the title, I actually tried to but wouldnt let me - how can a user edit titles? or is that not a feature? (i just had a regular edit box) NM, my browsser uses no scrip - and it was blocking the top of the page from beign seen,

Just to clarify, it brings up the launcher (just like beta) you enter username and password and have to connect, it connects and tells you play planet mode or single mode, - so yeah, give me a direct single mode option and I'll be perfectly happy to play, even an incomplete - and free- game

I work for a game company, so no I'm not a slacker, and I play on lunch that said, no I cannot play single player without logging into their servers and choosing "single player"

I hope they fix this, I do not want to have to go online and "connect" every time i play, I use a laptop at work and I cannot connect and I cant play the damn game,please please please fix, anyone else in this situation? edited title swat
