I live up in that area and all traffic coming out of San Francisco via the Oakland Bay Bridge is gridlock. All that traffic is forced either north or south onto city streets in order to reenter the freeway later on. It is much worse than LA traffic.

Its global warming. It is happening right now. 99.9% of environmental scientists agree. Even governments agree global warming is happening.

A side note to this debate: Look at actual scientific journals about global warming, not documentaries or other media related material. You will find that 99% of the articles written state that global warming is happening. The reason why it is so big is because that 1% gets media coverage, making it appear into a two sided debate.

Here is one fact the video probably omitted. CO2 levels today are the highest they have ever been in earth's recorded history, and are increasing at a geometric rate. Reasons for increased CO2: 1. Heavy reliance on the automobile and other modes of transportation using fossil fuels. 2. Factory pollution 3. Decrease of Tropical forests, which is responsible for a majority of O2 replenishment and decreasing CO2 in the atmosphere The increase in CO2 is causing the suns solar rays to trap more heat into the earth, ie. the greenhouse effect. This is causing global temperatures to rise. The rise in temperatures is causing glaciers to melt throughout the world at a geometric rate, which also helps contribute to rising sea levels. The bottom line is that the Earth has the most CO2 present in the atmosphere today than has ever existed and it is mainly due to human manipulation (in other words, destruction) of the environment.
