Hello All..First lot here..holds 9032Sims..Wealth $$$ ..mayor approvel med ..Land Value High..Power,Water ..Disirability Factors:Pollution Low ..Garbage Low ..School Grade High..Hospital Grade Low ..Crime Low ..Traffic noise Low ..Commute Long..Build 500k Demolish 250k..Big building i thought that would be pretty relistic..Not very Good at modding been at this for aprox 3 days.also if some 1 with experance with modding would like to add jobs here since i made it condo / office some where around 5k jobs or what ever you think would be good.only thing i really tinkerd with was sims, plot cost, dem..i tried adding jobs but failed to get it to work..been reading on forums everthing so spred out it isnt funny..so all i read barly learned anything..so this prolly will be my only lot..till forums get organized really found intrest in this.. so ya never know i might tinker around some more..diffently if forums get sorted out so i can learn more about it Dont get me wrong love the site though be lot better tho if forums was sorted so i can learn more about modding lots..Comments pls =) Also if some 1 would happen to mod the jobs in or what ever else ya thing this lot could use pls take credit for what you do to it thanks,Kool.
