I have a strange problem with no apparent reason. My city has about 70,000 citizens but I have placed only two elementary schools and one high school. The total number of pupils in them is about 1,000. That can't be right? Education level is good and nobody is complaining about too few schools. Another problem is that the budget of a certain library keeps going to 0 by itself. The same happens with a museum. Any ideas?

Yeah, well, that GLR->El Rail just doesn't look good to me. I decided to use GLR->subway. That street to neighboring city connection would really be nice if someone could do that but I guess it's pretty difficult.

And, now that I started asking, can I somehowe connect streets into the neighboring city? Please use the "Edit" function, rather than making consecutive post. tungston

Thanks! That worked. But now I have another question: can I build GLR overpasses? I'd like to get GLR over rail (or GLR to elevated rail transition, couldn't find one).

I can't get it working. I downloaded latest NAM. I tried to use GLR-in-avenue dual networking pieces but mouse pointer remains red and nothing happens when I push TAB, home or end. What have I done wrong or is there some common problem? Am I just stupid?
