  1. Is it possible to manually tweak some of lot properties? Particularity capacity and budget cost?

  3. As far as I understand every city/region needs sizeable population of poor sims. Even the richest CO/CS builings offer jobs for poor sims. So here is the question. Is it even worth to invest in education of poor districts? Can uneducated 1xsimeleon sims work in 3xsimeleon CO of hitech builings? Or does they require basic elemetary school eduaction at least.
  4. 1 question about rich sims moving out. Will they move again in when demand will be high again and poor sims will get their own houses?
