I try to make my cities, if they are based on real-life cities to the full, such as Athens, Rangoon, Warsaw, Venice, Seoul and Johannesburg. Which i think all of them could be improved abit better!. I alos love the pics Special Eddie - have you ever considered doing a CJ on it?, or have you got one?. Take care ~Alex~ -
On the main road from Kettering to Northampton Town Centre, where I live, a new european and funky house has been built. And since that house has been built, from the way home from school, me and my mum would say 'Highbury Hill' every time we go by it as that is the name of the house. I thought about Sim City 4 Rush Hour when i first saw it... and suddenly made the city once I got home. From the creators of Warsaw and Venice, Highbury Hill is an look-a-like 'Portland' city, which is located in Oregon, USA, with the famous mountain of Mount Hood in the north/east. I went on this site and downloaded as many of the real Portland buildings and plopped them in the downtown district of Highbury Hill. In Highbury Hill is located many suburban districts, such as; Beaverton, Linda Downs, Ida Bay, Saxby Downs, Taringo Downs, Highfield and Norman... Some pics are below, so ill give you a free, exhilarting tour of Highbury Hill... A scanned pic of my map/sketch of Highbury Hill before i made it! - The far south/east suburb of Norman is where i live! - Ida Bay - an suburb, close to north of downtown - Beaverton, a suburb located west of Highbury Hill - Downtown Highbury Hill - The St Micheals Church was the first and tallest skyscraper, and church in the world!. - Downtown buildings all squished together (downtown itself has the highest population of any area/suburb in oregon) - The HHOD (Highbury Hill Observation Deck) is the tallest structure in Highbury Hill/ Oregon - Random Downtown pics - Cordalba suburb is a historical, populated suburb overlooking the river from Downtown - Karween suburb - A densely populated suburb south of downtown, it is loacated on the Highbury River - Enjoy the update and please comment! Take care u lot! ~Alex~

Welcome to the capital of Poland - Warsaw!. Being the 7th largest metropolitan area in Europe, Warsaw is considered the 'Paris of the East'. The tallest building present in Poland - the Palace of Culture is located in central Warsaw and towers above the skyline to a height of 230m. The oldest part of Warsaw is the OldTown, which was utterly, completly destroyed in WW2. Since Poland joined the European Union in 1990s, Warsaw rose into a metropolis which modern, swanky glass skyscrapers erected around the city centre. Today it is Polands biggest city with loads of commercial and residental population, and tranportation factilities, no wonder it is the capital as it is vibrant, cosmopolitan and booming. A true symbol of the WW2 with the ghettos and statues plopped everywhere. Warsaw is great!. Thanks for visting! Take care ~Alex~
