If I get a French version, will I still be able to install it English?

I'm not seeing the P2P option on the download page. Just seeing the websites, and fileplanet is not working at all.

Well, it's been forever since I've been on Simtropolis, I love Simcity 4 mods, but this cities XL looks good, so I'll try to get a codeword....
