ok thanks...i will post pictures later on! also....does their have to be a city in your neighboring city in order for population growth? does it have any affect on your city if the region surrounding your region is empty? and how do you get of debt too. im currently losing 5g's a month. thanks.

i live in toronto (scarborough). downtown is mediocre. we got like 5 skyscrappers which arent even that spectacular and then we got the cn tower. there also seems to be more crimes happening in toronto, especially in scarborough.

i have a couple of questions. first of all i'd like to say some things about my city. i have covered pretty much 50% of my land and i still have a low population. i've tried building an airport, freight trains and highways/roads connection to the neighboring cities but it does not seem to do anything. all of my residential, commercial and industrial taxes are either 9.0% lower (commercial is around 5%). health, crime, pollution etc....is all fully green. 1. how do you increase population (currently have 50,000) 2. nobody uses my light rail trains or freight trains or subways. they are all located in busy streets too. is it possible to build underground light rails? 3. i am always in high demand for low/medium residential and commercial buildings only 4. how do i get demand for high commercial buildings? 5. and how do you increase population? if i have time i will post pictures of my city later on. thanks.
